Painted Ceiling Medalion in Breakfast room

Ceiling medallion is painted freehand and the chandy was painted a rusty shade from a gun metal gray. I glued strips of black ribbon on the shades and used a strand of glass beads and gold, shimmery cloth twined around the cord
