Vintage door all gussied up

Sister Jane (whose blog is:Life from my point of view ) came over to help me clean the house and make up some good nachos for my Bunko party. She thought my white door, which I had leaned up against the wall, needed some oomph. So she asked for a piece of fabric and she did this:
